Release 0.1.1 without forcing StrictHostKeyChecking. Existing SSH
configuration controls server trust; temporary mTLS enrollment stays
unchanged. Report SSH failures before propagating frame EOF errors.
Validated with 11 integration tests, including real isolated OpenSSH
under permissive and strict policies, and fresh live startup on alpha.
