Subject: [PATCH] Fix a build failure with clang21 (#5369)
The build error message:

call to ‘clang::TextDiagnosticPrinter::TextDiagnosticPrinter(
llvm::raw_fd_ostream&, clang::DiagnosticOptions*)’

caused the build failure.
Adjust the code properly and the error is fixed.
